I am a dynamic and visionary youth leader, passionate about community development, education, and youth empowerment. I am the founder and executive leader of SITADC Youth Organization, a youth-led movement dedicated to transforming lives through education, skills development, mentorship, and advocacy for sustainable development.
With a background in counseling, community mobilization, and youth mentorship, I worked extensively with young people across Zambia through organizations such as Restless Development and the Rise Up! Project Zambia under CDU University, Los Angeles. My work has focused on promoting Comprehensive Sexuality Education, financial literacy, and holistic personal development for adolescents and young adults.
I am a proud recipient of the Best in Community Mobilization Award by Rise Up Project Zambia, recognizing his outstanding contributions to engaging communities and advocating for the rights and opportunities of young people. Under his leadership, SITADC Youth Organization has launched several impactful initiatives aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 – Quality Education, aiming to ensure inclusive and equitable education for all.
Moses’s leadership philosophy is rooted in service, empowerment, and sustainability. Through partnerships with local and international organizations, churches, schools, and government bodies, he continues to inspire a movement of young people who are resilient, innovative, and committed to creating a better future.
