Hello and welcome!

I'm Moses Mwale, a passionate youth leader, changemaker, and advocate from Zambia. I am the Founder and Executive Director of SITADC Youth Organization, a transformative, youth-led initiative empowering young people through education, mentorship, and community-driven development.

With a background as a Psychosocial Counselor and Mentor for Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) in First-Line Support, I am committed to supporting mental health, gender equality, and youth empowerment. My journey is grounded in a strong dedication to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—with a particular focus on quality education, health, and climate action.

I am honored to be a YALI Regional Leadership Center Southern Africa (Cohort 18) Alumni, a Specialist in Adolescent HIV Management, and a proud YOUNGA Delegate. Through my involvement with YOUNGA, I’ve had the privilege to serve as a Deloitte Mentorship Mentee and a core member of the YOUNGA Programming and Policy Team, shaping youth-centered global policy conversations.

Currently, I am coordinating Youth Council and Forum Initiatives, amplifying the voices of young people in decision-making spaces and promoting inclusive leadership at all levels.

Whether I’m mentoring youth, facilitating health programs, or driving sustainable development efforts, my mission is simple: To empower young people to discover their purpose, unleash their potential, and lead the change they want to see in the world.

Let’s connect, collaborate, and create impact together.
